Member Service Representative

We are currently hiring Full Time Teller/Member Service Representatives for our Plainville (120 Woodford Avenue) and Bristol (363 N. Main Street) locations. Qualified candidates will report to Branch Manager or Branch Supervisor, while working with a variety of transactions for members at a Branch. This position will cross sell credit union products and services to existing and potential members, have a working knowledge of the services, types of accounts, and products available. Work in a friendly manner, with the ability to deal effectively and courteously with members on a face-to-face basis or on the telephone.

Experience:

Previous teller experience or cash handling experience.

Skill and attention in handling money.

Aptitude for figures and detailed work.

PC and MS Office knowledge, including Microsoft Word.

Excellent communication skills.

Schedule:

• 8-hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed
