Announced! New Extended Summer Hours!

We've been evaluating the feedback we've gotten from our members, and it all says one thing. You want convenience. So, in direct response to member requests, UBI is happy to announce that starting June 1st, our hours for summer will be extended! The added hours and locations are as follows:

On Fridays, in Plainville AND Berlin, we will now be open until 6p.m.
Even better, stop by our drive-through (Plainville only) on Saturday from 9a.m. to 1p.m.!

UBI is now mobile!

UBI Mobile Access is now enabled! You can enable this free* service by logging into your Hometech account, clicking "Account Services", and then clicking "Mobile Access" in the "featured services" area, then following the instructions. Once it is enabled, you can get to your mobile access by going here from your mobile browser, but ONLY after Mobile Access has been activated. You are now able to:

View account balances and history
View scheduled bill payments
Schedule same-day transfers
Schedule same-day and future bill payments to existing payees
Delete scheduled bill payments
View various graphs that detail your online financial activity (availability varies by mobile device)
Send and receive secure in-session messages to/from Customer Service
